NeverFined shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, damages, or losses resulting from missed deadlines, incorrect information, service interruptions, or any other use of our service. 5. Account and Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or Stripe billing portal. No contracts or long-term commitments are required. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

By creating an account, you agree to receive compliance reminder emails and occasional product updates. You can manage your notification preferences in your dashboard settings or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of NeverFined. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. When you delete your account, we will cancel any active subscription, remove all your business data and compliance deadlines, and delete your authentication record. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
